Matthew 25:35-36 “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.”
So my story for the last challenge is that I gave some clothes to a donation center but felt like that wasn’t quite enough. I felt the Lord impress on my heart to buy a large t-shirt. Later that night on my way home there was a homeless guy sitting at a stoplight. I rolled down the window and asked if a large would fit him. His reply, “I’ll take anything that’s dry.” It had been raining all day and I was able to provide him with a dry shirt. I was excited about that.
In continuation with the verse we’ve been following, the next challenge is to look after someone who is sick. I think I’ll stop by a hospital and give a toy to a kid there. I’m not sure exactly. I pray that you take this seriously and allow God to minister through you. Be creative, have fun and BE EVER MINDFUL.
